"I had all my hardware. Needed help exchanging the old shower valve with a new one, that I had. That is all. He hits me up with a $2k a $2.6k and another over $10. Claiming pipes needed replaced, stated the whole house needed piped. He asked what I thought about the quotes and I laughed. I said I was very specific when I called, needed help with a shower valve not fixing what is not broke. He said he had a lifetime warranty shower head and valve. Lol, looked like a cheap hotel shower head and it was OVER $700.00 LOLOL. Ugh, no."

"Charles and his son Scott did an excellent job of replacing our old rickety porch with one that is much, much more solid. The challenges they faced included mucky soil due to a recently removed stump and an uneven concrete pad. Almost the whole project was done in the rain. They leveled the pad and built a great system of supports that widened our porch as requested and improved its appearance and safety enormously. All done on time and in budget. I highly recommend their services."

"The repairman (I forget his name) came out to give me a bid and surprised me by telling me he could fix the problem that day but didn't have all the parts. He left to go get the parts and came back about an hour later. He fixed/rerouted the plumbing under my kitchen sink to allow for the new deeper sink I had installed. He was very nice, skilled, finished the job that day, and I was finally able to use my new and beautiful SS sink. The cost was very fair and not overpriced. I have already recommended Simons to a coworker who hired them to do some work in their bathroom. I will hire them again."
