Little foam blocks put under the furniture that couldn't be moved. The quote was fair and then they discounted the total because we mentioned Angie and we had removed the furniture ourselves. He was running a deal which I don't recall the details of but was on his website and pretty good. <br /> He arrived as promised and took about 3 hours to clean all the carpets - mostly upstairs as we have hard wood floors downstairs. They had not been cleaned professionally in over ten years. <br /> He has a big truck which runs all the vacuum/shampoo side and appears to be very powerful. I can only say it cleaned up our carpets very well and he seemed to pay a lot of attention to the sides where the trim is and at least for us, it can get very dirty. <br /> I think he did a great job and would definitely use him again. <br />"
