"Recently purchased a new home that was in dire need of updating.  Called a few other painting companies for quotes and we given dates of a few days to a week in the future.  Even after meeting with other companies, the quote still took weeks to get.  Called Paul Alvarez and explained my hectic schedule and he did not hesitate to take time away from his family to come out on a Sunday to walkthrough.  I received a quote back a few days later.  Paul's price was slightly higher than some competitors, but we were able to come to a compromise.  

One of the benefits of using Alvarez painting were Paul's connections to other trades.  He arranged reasonably priced tradesmen to come in and install doors, and decorative columns that he was able to get approved over his Iphone.  Paul was quick to recommend styles and color options that he is seeing in the high end homes to give our home a modern appearance.  He made recommendations that I hadn't considered that added to the overall look of the house.  Paul was easy to reach during all phases of the project and the work was completed on time.

Paul is an honest businessman and works hard to make you happy.  When the final bill came the additions were fairly priced and he didn't charge for a lot of the additions.  If you are on a strict budget, you may want to ask for the pricing on the changes prior to the work being completed.  I look forward to working with him again in future projects."
