"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"Paul completed an entire reconstruction of our kitchen with custom cabinets, including wall removal and beam installation. We trusted him with our design, plumbing and electrical issues and he did an excellent job. Not only is he a master at his craft, he construes complete professionalism at all times. The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors. This was a lot of money for us but he made much less stressful than it could have been. I trusted him and his team and I'm so glad I did. 5 stars!"

"We hired Peak Market Homes to help with some electrical work and build/install/paint custom cabinets in our kitchen. Brian was one of the few contractors who really got us from the beginning. He didn't try to pressure or oversell us and was always forthright and candid. We wanted to do all the tear-out and sheetrock and most of the electrical ourselves to save money, and Brian worked with us where many contractors wouldn't. The different people he contracted to do the work for us (electrical, carpentry) were top-notch, and experts in their craft. We found them to be kind, clean, and professional. We'd use them individually again should need arise. As with any project, not everything was perfect (they built the wrong style doors). We'd have preferred more checpk-ins and updates as work progressed, but as soon as any problem arose, Brian ensured it was handled, fixed, and quickly. As we did much of the work ourselves, Brian ended up waiting on us from time to time, and was patient and didn't push. This was critical, and we realize not ideal for him. Still, he made everything go as smoothly as possible. We're already chatting about our next project(s) and how Peak Market Homes can be involved. You should too."

"From the estimate to job completion, this was just what we were looking for. The estimator, owner, and crew were very friendly and professional. The project felt like we worked together on a plan instead of "this is what you get." We are in a 22-year-old house, and the trim and siding needed some real work. We agreed to replace all trim and siding as best option. They used the longer-lasting cement siding (James Hardie) and all Behr paint. The company worked hard and efficiently while keeping any debris to a minimum. We also had bad weather and they kept us informed and put temporary covering on places that needed it. They came right on schedule and finished when promised. The foreman and I did a final walk down and agreed the house looks almost new from the exterior.
