"Well no one called me a half hour before my appointment. The service tech didn't really speak English. There was a language problem. In the end he just took a pictures and send them to his supervisor for advice. I am not totally sure if the advice was worth the money. I have a temporary fix that they said should maybe last 7 or 10 years. Not sure if that was a good solution."

We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
