"Denrick told me I would need two yards of fabric for four chairs. I bought Crypton upholstery fabric (because we have two cats that love to scratch upholstery and shed their weight in fur!) which was on sale at joann.com for $20/yd (originally $50/yd). I got a color that went with my living room sofa set. I dropped off the old seats and the fabric at his workshop. He said the original plywood was still in good condition, so he would just need to replace the foam with new 2" thick foam. Denrick called me when the chairs were ready and he delivered the seats to my home. He reattached the reupholstered seats to the chairs with new 1 1/4" coarse thread screws. The new chairs look fantastic and the thicker foam is so much more comfortable than before! This is the first time I have had furniture reupholstered as I had previously never even considered it as an option to replacing otherwise perfectly good furniture, but I am really glad I did!"

"This was the second time to use this company and this time the owner sent has part time employee.  I was a little sceptical but this gentleman work just as hard to please me as the owner did on the carpet cleaning job that I hired him for my mother-in-laws house.  This company wants to do a good job and they do.  The spots that I thought were going to be dark turned out to be spots that were missing grout, thats on me, not the cleaning company.  After all thisis grout that has been on the floor for 15 years.  My mother-in-laws carpet, the study has been used as a cat box by their ailing cat, it stunk, down to the concrete, they cleaned, they deoderized, they clean, they deoderized. the owner spent a lot of time on the job.  He had to leave the carpet wet, he requested no one walk on the carpet until it was dry, easy to do, no one was living in the house at the time.  He and I both thought the smell might not leave and the carpet would need to be replaced.  After it dried, the carpet looked great and smelled fresh.  The house sold as is.  Great job both times. <br />"

This extra steam brought up extra dirty and stains that had previously been left and were undetected. This method made the areas a lot brighter, smelling better and will last longer.
