Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. "Todd came on the day & time scheduled and completed the work in our attic.  Our problem was that we had condensation forming in the attic and draining through the ceiling fans into the bathrooms.  This did not happen all the time so we are not sure the problem has been corrected but so far so good!"
