Promptly received a call from Santos. I needed an estimate and explained what needed to be done, and sent a photo. Instead of giving an estimate over the phone, he asked if he could stop by to view the job then give an estimate same day. Gave him the address, told me he should be arriving about 35- 40 mins. Right away I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He went over what had to be done and explained the steps he takes to insure no mess, everything would be covered, that also meant outside too. Talking about being impressed it was beyond what I imagined. He’s professional, friendly and knowledgeable and a straight up devoted business man. After a few days due to my availability we scheduled a date. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding job Santo and crew have done.. Excellent work!"
