"i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)"

"Installation went great and the product is great, but price is something I will not pay again. I know the quality of the product and installation is very hhgh, but I do not think I will have other doors in house replaced soley because of cost. $5400 for one door with new frame is just too high. I also do not like the fact that if I install a storm door, my warranty is voided. And there is no metal in the frame that wuld allow for a magnetc screen to be used so the door can be opened in good weather."
