"This is an amazing company! If you are looking for a roofing installer who is above and beyond, this is the one. The day before yesterday, I noticed a roof shingle at the edge of my roof had lifted a bit. Bradley Builders had done a complete roof replacement on my home several years ago, so I contacted Brad. WITHIN AN HOUR, he had replied, saying that someone would be out to take care of it, and there would be no cost to me since the install was still under warranty. In less than 24 hours, Brian—a wonderful member of Bradley Builder’s expert team—contacted me to let me know that he would be by the following morning to secure the shingle. Brian arrived exactly on time, and discovered that the lifted shingle was due to a nail at an awkward spot right at the edge of the roof which had worked loose—probably due to the whopper of a wind and rain storm we had had last week. Within minutes he had the shingle secured. But, after that, I heard additional hammering. I went out to discover that Brian had noticed some lose gutter spikes while he was on the roof, and was taking the time to nail those in! He went the whole length of the gutter, securing all the spikes. The gutters are the original builder install and are still in great shape, but the spikes are constantly working loose. Brian explained that with the original build the gutters were installed with too much distance between the spikes, and that was causing them to work loose so often from the ongoing pressure of wind and weight of water in the gutters. In addition, he mentioned that gutters are now secured with spikes that are screwed in rather than hammered in straight, and recommended those as a solution. So, in less than 36 hours after I had noticed the loose shingle, the shingle was fixed, loose gutter spikes secured, and I had expert advice to solve the ongoing issue with the gutter spikes. For Brian to take the time to go above and beyond to secure the spikes and explain to me why it was happening so frequently speaks volumes about the heart and soul of this amazing company and its people. As does the warp speed with which the lifted shingle was addressed and fixed. I had confidence that I had chosen the right roofing company for my complete roof replacement because of Brad and his team’s professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, attention to every detail, and the beautiful craftsmanship of my new roof. But the level of Brad’s commitment to standing by his company’s work and caring for their customers after the install is stellar, and validates my trust in this company 100%. "They did a phenomenal job. They had to remove a footstool that was attach to the tile on the wall. We have a glass shower door, they were able to get the job without having the glass door remove. Which it would very expensive to do Also, replace tiles and grout. Replace our ceiling, the shower was leaking into our ceiling. Which they replace as well."

"Richardson Exteriors did the roof of my apartment complex in Dublin and also did the roof on all the garages in my apartment complex. During the process of them doing the roof on my garage they neglected to let the office Personnel know that they are going to do the roofs that day like they said they would let everybody know. They went ahead and did the roof with everybody's belongings in the garage and their vehicles which caused damage to my vehicle and other people's belongings and vehicles. I had nails on top of my car, shingle grit all over my car, and chunks of plywood all over my car. My car is a classic vehicle and the paint got damaged. I had my office at my apartment complex reach out to them they never contacted me or the office I tried to contact Richardson exteriors directly through email and they did not reply. 100% would never use this company ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone."

"The crew was very professional, they did a great job . Everything was covered ( plants, scrubs) the clean up was excellent, they even cleaned the skylights and put on new gutter guards. Would definitely recommend this company. A+"

"Beware, this guy is a crook. Not only did he take us for $325, he faked a death so not to return to fix the leaks. Was told his work was 100% guaranteed, and he was ‘sure’ to identify the root-cause. Gave a quote for $325, and told us the job would take 45 minutes, a little concerned, that $325 for less than a 1 hour worth of work was right, went against my better judgement. The biggest mistake was paying by check, not credit card, thus had no recourse. When he came to the house was on the property for 30 minutes, took him 20 minutes to set-up the ladder, and only spent 10 minutes on the roof… a complete scam-artist. When the leak was never fixed, we called him to return, only for him to start faking crying a family death, which he couldn’t return to the property for another week. Never showed, and ran away with our $325 check. If you’re still dumb enough to use this crook, and he shows-up on the property, run fast. We are filling a lawsuit to gain our refund. True Crook, True Scam Artist, makes me not want to use Angie’s List. Buyer Beware"
