"Jamie Kuhn of Summit came to our home to look at potential damage and missing shingles. We already knew it was a small project but finding a contractor to do the job was a challenge as most of them have a minimum charge. My husband is approaching his 80s and climbing on a roof is not an option. We had the missing shingles and he went up on the roof to assess the damage. When he came down he told my husband he put the shingles back on and we should not have any additional problem .He did not want to be compensated and said he would appreciate if we would recommend Summit to anyone who needs a roofing or siding expert. His generosity of his time and expertise were greatly appreciated. We will go out of our way to tell everyone about Summit Building Roofing. Call them first you will be glad you did."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"Super easy to work with. Matt showed up to inspect my roof after a storm that left shingles in my front yard. He did 2 emergency repairs to keep the house dry. Matt also inspected my siding and found wind damage. He also addressed the drywall damage from the leaky roof. He dried my walls and performed the necessary repairs to a state that was better than before. When it was all said and he done he worked with insurance to cover everything listed above.; a full new roof, all new siding and wall repairs inside. $45,000 in repairs and all I had to pay was my $500 deductible. "Listen. i bought this house and it has a rubber roof. Why the **** there is a rubber roof on it? the heck if i know. In 3 three years it started being an issue with animals running across it and acorn dropping and making holes in it. it was becoming an issue I did not want to deal with. I called all the top roofing places and they told me that I could not put a regular roof on it. Shane told me to call his mom at Integrity she came out fixed the issue and assured me that we could put a regular shingled roof on it. Time passed and Shane came out and gave us an estimate. I previously had a ranch style 1100 square foot home in groveport. that roof cost me $25,000. My current home in Olde Orchard is almost 3xs the size of my former groveport home and the cost for this roof was less than half. So yes we jumped on it. the crew came out and did their thing. my house looks 100% better."
