Shane arrived around 3 pm. (This in itself was remarkable as we have been waiting for deliveries of appliances and no one ever arrived during their stated range of hours or even the same day.) Shane was friendly and professional. He immediately told us that he knew what the problem was as he has seen it numerous times. He always took his time to explain everything to me. I really love my new faucet, toilets, and I'm glad the drain works in my master bathroom."
