He was professional and quickly but thoroughly completely the job. My sofa shows no signs of stains and the smell has vanished significantly. All 4 pieces are very clean and look like new! When he was finished, he advised me as to the upkeep of furniture and even gave me recommendations on replacing the sofa cushions when needed! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. [Side note: this has nothing to do with the cleaners, who were great, but if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned be aware that you will either need a 240V plug (electrical stove or dryer) or you will need to connect to multiple power outlets.
