"Duke's came out to clean the carpets in our new house. I wasn't happy that the carpets didn't come clean, especially in the traffic areas. (My Bissell green machine can spot treat an area cleaner than what the carpet looked like when Duke's was done.) I did ask him to come back and re-clean which he did, but the carpets still didn't look any better. <br /> <br /> I thought $50 seemed reasonable for cleaning and sealing the shower. However, it really didn't look clean either when he was finished. When I questioned him about a grout area that was still black, he told me I could take a little bleach and see if it came off. It actually did come clean when I cleaned it later <em>myself</em>. When I seal a shower, the water beads up on the grout, but with the process Duke's used, it didn't do that. I'm not sure the shower was really cleaned or sealed. <br /> <br /> Overall, I thought the price was high. They were only here 2 hours, which included the time we walked through the house and I explained what I wanted done. I won't be using his company in the future. I will go back to using my previous carpet cleaner. They took extra time on the stains and problem areas and the carpet always looked new again, plus their price was much more reasonable."

We were moving out of a rental and the carpet was very old and had a lot of stains. He was able to make the carpets look almost brand new and was able to remove most of the stains including red stains! "The cleaning went very smoothly.  The provider vacuumed carpets first, then cleaned them and raked out the carpet afterward.  The serviceman was very courteous and explained all the options to me for added services.   <br /> There were only two concerns that I had.  The serviceman was really late.  He said his job ran longer than expected.  It was getting past dinnertime when he arrived.  I don't like to have work done in my home after 5 p.m..  The second concern I had was that when cleaning the carpet they have to run a hose from the truck to inside the house.  It was very cold outside and I realize the door was going to be open for this.  However, when he arrived, he backed up in our driveway and ran the hose through the garage into the house.  His truck was running and all the exhaust fumes were just filling my garage.  I would have rather had him come in through a side door.  I didn't realize this was happening until he was nearly finished.  I would have appreciated he ask which door would be good to run the hose through.  Other than that, I had a very good experience.  I would use them again. <br />"

"I went to them because I had purchased two chairs that scenic designer just HAD to have despite their having really obnoxious stains that other people had obviously tried to clean. They worked miracles!!!! And, just because they are that sort of professionals, they noticed that the seats of the chairs were sagging a bit. They fixed that as well for no additional charge. Honestly, I am so impressed with their skills and care that I will never go to anyone else in town."
