"Carpet was removed creating a dust storm in my home. MC outsources the work to an independent contractor from Vallejo (120 miles away). They didn't bring a vacuum or any way to cover my furniture, not was I advised to prepare for dust. I used my own vacuum and lent it to the installer. MC failed to consult me on wall moulding, and the installer left me with a mess. The walls and used moulding had to be completely repainted costing me another $2000. I complained to MC about squeaks in the stairs and missing caulking. They sent the installer back out, and he said he was going to buy some caulking, and I never saw him again. All in all I wish I would have gone with the bid from Lowe's."

We had put off having flooring installed because a good portion of it was ceramic tile and glued linoleum. We imagined it taking days to demolish all of the floors. I couldn’t believe it when his crew completed that back breaking work in one day! We were very impressed with how precise his crew installed our Pergola flooring and baseboards. "I got three bids on this job. Glen was the only contractor that pointed out several safety (trip) issues and said he would fix them and include it in the price. His price was competitive and his workmanship was excellent. He refinished our FR floor from a dark oak stained parquet floor to a natural finish… so good. Our pups had peed and stained some of the flooring. Glen repaired or replaced all of the stained areas. He was always on time and kept us in the loop as to how long the job would take. We would recommend Glen without hesitation. He is a real pro!!!"
