"We highly recommend Dr. Drain. Jordan was extremely responsive to our calls and showed up on time. While we are not plumbing experts, we could tell that the quality of the work was excellent and we were charged a very fair price. In dealing with Jordan on several different occasions, it was clear to us that he places great emphasis on customer service and conducts himself in a highly professional manner."

"I had a clogged kitchen drain on a weekend, a challenging time to find a reasonably priced plumbing company. After several unsuccessful calls, I made an appointment with an expensive service for the same day. I received a call back later in the day from Jason at Afford-a Router. He answered my questions and made an appointment for the same day. He arrived at the house, reviewed and resolved the problem in twenty minutes. He was professional, answered my questions, and the charge was very reasonable, considering it was a weekend. I highly recommend their services and will use them again."

"Rooter Guys installed a sump pump in my basement after we began experiencing flooding. They rearranged their schedule in order to fit us in sooner given the urgency of the project. They were professional, hardworking and kept us informed throughout the process."

"Keith was on time and quickly resolved the issue with three different drains. He was polite and left the areas he worked on cleaner than he found him. Price was right.. I'll definitely use him again."

"Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. Thanks Josh!"
