"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! You would have never believed that they were ever here!! I HIGHLY recommend Evans Quality Roofing and when it comes time to replace the front portion of my roof, I only need to make one call! "Daniel showed up as scheduled to look at the job, and asked if I wanted a quote or a repair. I told him a repair, and within 30 minutes the job was done. He put rubber replacement boots over 4 deteriorated vent pipe boots. He also fixed a loose gutter screen that he spotted while he was here. Amazing quick service for a job that most roofers would think was just a nuisance to take care of (I'm still waiting for a return call from another roofer I called)."

"Sam and hi family and staff worked in the heat wave of the summer in 2022. a three week roofing project. Our house has 5 chimneys, multiple barrel dormers on the third floor. There were 2 asphalt roofs that had to be taken off - and taken away. They were up on the roof every morning at 7 am, took their short lunch breaks - and got back up there. We heard them singing - in the heat . It was a lovely experience. Great attention to detail. We cannot recommend them enough. They are worth the wait . very fairly priced. hard workers."

"Stoney Ridge Home Improvements, LLC replaced the decking & railings on the second floor deck that is off of the master bedroom. They also replaced the railings on the front porch several years ago and this year they replaced the decking on the deck at the back of the house. Jake and the crew were very professional during the entire installation, even after discovering mama skunk and her 4 babies that had taken up residence under the back corner of the deck. The crew cleaned up at the end of each days work leaving the site looking presentable. Attached are some before and after photos. "I called TKO roofing. BJ the owner of the company answered and I explained to him the problem I was having with my roof. It was a botched roofing job by another roofing company. He was able to come over that same day to take a look at the roof. He assessed the problem and told me what would be needed to fix it and the cost to fix it. I agreed to let his company do the repair. I told him there was no time restraint and he said he would have it repaired within two weeks. A week later he called and said that he was here to repair the roof. He was here from 9 till 3:30. I went out to look at the roof and was very pleasantly surprised. The shingles that he used matched up so close to the original ones that were 10 years old that you can't tell that several of the shingles around the chimney had to be replaced. He made sure that everything was cleaned up out of the yard. I want to say that BJ listened to all of my concerns. He was very professional and wanted to do a good job. I was highly satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone for any roofing work. I agreed to let him put a sign in my yard for his business. I would not do that if I didn't think he was a reputable and qualified contractor and to let others know that my experience with this company was what I hoped for."

"The roof itself appears to be well done. Cleaning on the inside of the building was horrible. Nails and boards all over the place. I found nails outside as well. Outside the huge holes in the lawn from their lift. I spent 25K on the job and expected more."
