"I researched roof repairers on home advisor on a Tuesday morning as my roof was leaking during a heavy rainfall. Later that morning William from Ark Exteriors called me and arranged to visit the next day at 8am to inspect my roof. He arrived on time to perform the inspection and after inspecting the roof he provided me with a quotation to complete the repairs and was able to schedule the work for 9.30am the next day. He and his team arrived on time on the Thursday morning and completed the repairs in about 4 hours. After the work was completed I went up into the loft area to visually inspect the work and I could see where the previously affected areas (water damaged/warped boards) had been very neatly replaced. The very next day we had more severe thunder storms with even heavier rain so I went up into the loft area again to check for leaks and there were no signs of water penetrating through the roof. William and Ark Exteriors were able to successfully complete my roof repairs within 48 hours of my initial inquiry at a price I thought was reasonable for the work being done. In addition to doing a good job on the roof they were punctual and performed the work quietly and efficiently. They cleaned everything up after the work was completed and there was no additional cleanup required by me. On this experience I would definitely recommend Ark Exteriors for roof repairs."

"We are finishing our basement. We put up framing, insulation and paneling only to discover we had a condensation problem. We contacted a locally well known water damage and restoration company. After waiting two weeks, they called to tell us they were not interested in working with us. During these few weeks, we tore down the paneling and insulation.  We contacted Superior Insulation after noticing their great reviews here on Angie's List. We talked to Rick who gave us an idea of what the solution was and set up an appointment to view the problem area. Once he saw the problem area, he decided on a slightly different solution. Contract signed 3/18/15. Work completed  by Rick and Jim 3/30/15. They were very professional, thorough and nice to deal with. We are very happy with what they did.

He matched a the colors and railing of small deck off the bedroom to our new deck.  He made a couple of recommendations for our downstairs deck that made it look better than the one above it. He made suggestions for the upstairs deck that would improve its appearance. He did a small deck along the driveway and installed a railing system to make it easier to walk on. Johnathon recommended a decorative handrailing that his the ultiliity railing. We have gotten so many compliments on it and we love it!
