They were forthright and honest about the repair and other issues, like cheap plastic roof vents which were cracking because of the temperature extremes in Yakima. Presented options and a plan. Only complaint was that I didnâ t hear back from them as soon as I would have liked on the issue of trying to match the existing shingle color. Smoke in the valley had to delay projects too.
