However, I quickly found out that EZTransitions was able to do much more and I ended up using them to not only clean out the house, but to also perform minor repairs on walls and floors, paint many of the inside rooms, replace tile, clean rugs and floors, clean windows and screens, polish woodwork, etc. In general they prepared the inside of the house for sale. I had other contractors that took care of plumbing, electrical, the chimney, and the landscaping. But EZTransitions covered the gap of everything else that needed to be done inside the house.
