"They were able to give us a price over the phone from my description of the work to be done, and set up a date to do it within the week. They arrived on time and had the job completed within the estimated time. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They brought in a couple of blowers to help dry the carpeting before leaving. A bottle of carpet cleaner was left for spot cleaning when needed. And they didn't leave until all my questions were answered and everything was in ship shape. They are by far the best we have ever had clean our carpeting."

Made a couple of recommendations, we listened to their advice and moved ahead with the repair and cleaning option. They took great care in protecting our furniture and carpet while they worked on our suite. It was amazing to watch the transformation of our tired worn out suite into a as good as new suite. The color was restored, all the marks were repaired which we did not believe was possible, they added additional padding to the seats and back pads. We thought we were going to have to replace our suite until we met Jeff and Jacob. We can't thank them enough for their excellent work. "The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
