"the carpet was clean where he did clean.....it was very disappointing. the bathroom was missed.  the coffee tables and sofas were not moved to clean underneath.  there was even a throw rug at an entry door to keep grass from getting tracked in, the carpet underneath was not cleaned.  carpet was wet, actually pulled up in places, thank goodness it dried back down.  no protection was placed under furniture to keep from touching the wet carpet.   I did not ask for the Angie's list discount, so I suppose this company did not realize a critique would be forthcoming.  the price was decent, but I would have paid more, to have a thorough, good job.  I will not call them back.  Sadly, this was my first time using an Angie's List recommendation, was hoping for a good experience.... "They arrived promptly and I showed them the trouble areas. The supervisor checked the stains out and decided what type of stain it was and what the cleaning procedure would be. This was a house that we had bought that previously was lived in by three young students. Needless to say the carpet had not been cleaned or kept up with regularly. They cleaned the carpet and the areas that I was concerned with cleaned up nicely. I then asked them about the tile and grout in the kitchen. They cleaned that also even though they had not expected to do that, nor did they have a special attachment to their equipment, but it turned out good. They got some towels and tried it by hand. They also helped me with some greasy stains in the garage floor with some degreaser. I couldn't have asked for more. <br />"

"They were easy to schedule with and were able to arrive within a couple of days of my call.  The day before my appointment, they called to remind me they were coming the next day.  Once they arrived, they quickly assessed the access points for my dryer vent duct and explained how they were going to clean the duct (they had to clean from both ends--dryer side and outdoor access points--due to the length of the duct).  They performed the cleaning and showed me what they were cleaning out as they were working.  Once they were done, they put everything back as they found it and scheduled me for an automatic service reminder. <br />"

"We had some water damage that was caused by a dishwasher. They had to come out and kind of tear up the floor and tear up the kitchen and redo all of that. They didn't stand behind their work. I never felt like I was a priority. There was a job that seemed to get their attention before mine. It just kind of grew into frustration."
