"These guys are the cream of the crop. I run maintenance and housekeeping for a large assisted living facility in the tri-state area and Chem-Dry is my go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We recently had a viral outbreak in the community (brought in from visitors) and had to have all of the common area carpets and upholstery cleaned prior to opening back up our facility. I scheduled with Patty several times but kept having to reschedule due to unforeseeable circumstances. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole thing and never missed a beat. I ended up rescheduling probably six times in total and the guys were there ready to go and spent two days sanitizing every square inch of carpet and upholstery in the building. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Even for routine cleanings, which we also do, the results are top notch. The crew is very accommodating to our residents and courteous to everyone they encounter."
