"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Jason and Harry were the team that came to my house and I would highly recommend them. And thanks to Russell, the owner, for giving us a great deal on the work his team did.
