Within 15 minutes of requesting a bid on Angi, I had a phone call and as Jordan wasn't far away on another job, he came by soon after and did the work - and even helped me with a garage light I thought was dead but he simply needed to replace the dud 'new' bulb I had put in. All of this was within an hour and a half of putting in my bid request! Electrical repair isn't cheap, but the quote was fair and was exactly what I paid. He quickly determined that we could not do the easy fix we were hoping for -- of reconnecting the outlet to our fuse box -- which we weren't that surprised by and then laid out other options for us. We opted just to remove the unused outlet and its elevated stand (as it was a tripping hazard). Fabian removed it for us very quickly and it made the area safer."

"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."
