"Wow!  The father and son team was early for the appointment.  The area that was cleaned had been marked by cats so we needed the pet urine treatment as well as the standard cleaning.  They moved furniture (not breakables) and were extremely careful when doing so.  The cleaned the carpets beautifully--getting out nearly all the stains.  There were a few spots where the stains are quite old and although they were unable to get the stain completely out, it is 150 times better than it was.  The pet odor is gone!  The carpet was only slightly damp when they left and not at all as wet as other companies we have used in the past.  <br />"

"They worked hard when they were here and quickly, putting furniture up with blocks as they cleaned the area, the cleaner they used smelled good, they were pleasant to work with. We had to reschedule a couple of times since they had a big job and ended up having to work later than they expected; we also had some bad weather.
