"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

We scheduled the day for him to tear out and replace my driveway and garage floor and replace. He and his crew showed up on time. Were very helpful in moving things, polite and very efficient. The work they did was excellent. they put everything back and cleaned up after - better than before they came! I couldn't believe it only took 2 days. The driveway and garage floor look great! "I have the best driveway in the neighborhood now. JNS showed up on time everyday. He delivered it exactly like he described. Since I park an RV on it, he modified the depth to 5 inches, the PSI to 5,000, added fiber to the concrete, and installed the rebar on 18 inch centers. He also brushed the concrete in a checker board pattern which looked great. JNS also added an extra parking spot and did a step onto the front porch. I'm happy."
