Overall, we are satisfied with the finished product; however, its execution was not flawless and required a significant amount of unexpected oversight to meet our desired expectations. On a more positive note, Eric and his team went above and beyond to address all of our concerns, showcasing a genuine commitment to ensuring the job was thoroughly complete. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
