Nicole provided me with the estimate one day and completed the job the next. I requested a very thorough cleaning including; cleaning two full bathrooms, vacuuming 2 bedrooms, hallway, living room and a bonus room. Shampoo carpets in bonus room and hallway. The underside of faucets were not touched. Refrigerator wasn't moved and cleaned under. Blinds weren't all cleaned. It looked clean, smelled better, however I have since noticed and cleaned small things myself. Major stuff was done fine though.
