"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

After getting a few more quotes, we decided to go with Sandoval roofing to completely redo our roof and patio (new sheathing, paper, and tiles). We decided to go with them because they were quick to respond through call and text (even late at night), gave a good price, are licensed and bonded through CSLB, and have roofers with 25+ years experience (their roofer Francisco was awesome) They were able to start within a week of giving the quote, and finished the whole job in 4 days. The two bosses were on site to overview the job which I appreciated as well. Overall I could not be happier with this company. With all the bad contractors there are now a days it’s hard to find someone who does quality work at a good price, but Sandoval roofing did so.
