For kitchen, new granite countertops were installed over the original cabinets as well as new custom backsplash. Both came out great! I must note since Nick custom cut out the space for the cooktop on-site, there are no annoying seams around the cooktop that I have seen in many other homes. Attention to details is definitely Nick's strength. For bathroom, we replace all the plumbing, countertop, vanity mirrors, lights, hardware, and toilet. New wall and floor tiles were also installed. Just like the last project, Nick and his team did an expert job in remodeling the bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the results. Frameless glass door was also installed over the tub that display the wonderful tiles. Nick's price is extremely competitive and his service is the best in the area. He let you use his contractor's discount with the local suppliers where you purchase the materials directly without any markup (and get exactly what you want). Quality of the tile works is truly superb that we are really impressed. His crew cleanup the work area at the end of each day during the project and keep everything neat and clean. "Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
