"Bryan and the Watermark Plumbing team are amazing! We have used this company several times for various plumbing issues. Some were small (leaking tub faucet, water heater replacement), and some were more complicated (possible slab leak). Bryan has helped in two of our issues, and he is amazing! Every time, he is professional, polite, and explains plumbing issues for the plumbing ignorant home owner. He has saved us thousands of dollars by providing an honest opinion when other companies have told us we need huge plumbing jobs immediately. Bryan is a true professional, knows a ridiculous amount about plumbing, and is very clear about repairs and repair costs. And, Bryan is a dog person, so that always is a plus in my book! We have a Doberman who is crated when anyone is here to do work or repairs, and I have had other professionals too afraid to come into the house, or make very unprofessional comments about my dog. We always tell the company that we have a dog in case the person they dispatch to our home has allergies or is not a fan of big dogs. Our Doberman is not overly friendly to strangers, but he knew Bryan was cool! The customer service team at Watermark is always available to help, and they schedule your visit at your convenience. You even receive a photo of the person who will do the work, and a short biography. I will not search for other plumbers to work on our home. "I scheduled Bob to come out to refinish three bathtubs in my home.  I was ready for him to do the work, but after assessing the tubs and scrubbing them down well he insisted that they did not need to be refinished.  As such, he did not do the work even though he could have easily just gone along with my initial request and made more money.  It is not often that you deal with people that could take advantage of you, yet choose not to do so and truly look out for the client and conduct themselves in an honest manner.  If I ever need his services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him again. <br />"

"This process has been absolutely a blessing to my family. I could not have asked for a better company/general contractor to take on this project. In saying a bathroom remodel/renovations is truly downplaying the total scope of Kevin's work. We took a one story home 4/2/0 and turned it into a 4/3/2 (two existing rooms went to 1 large master) . He was able to keep the same look and aesthetics of our home to still blend with our neighborhood. Our home even enlarged still feels like a "home". The love and attentiveness that was put into this project is refreshing and completely unimaginable. Kevin is not a contractor that will push you off and place you on a back burner. My kids have just fell in love with him and truly he feels more like family than anything else. This company is somebody that I know I could send to my mothers house and not worry that she would be taken advantage of. In fact before the sheetrock went on to the "new" upstairs I spoke with Kevin and at that point asked him to bless my home. He wrote a scripture above all of my kids doors and the guest bedroom on the header. Whether he knows this or not this is something that my kids and us adored and keep very close to our hearts. To most General Contractors projects are just that they are somebody else's house and project. They are there for just the money. Kevin Gwyn is not this! He puts his heart, his brain power, his sleep at night all on the line to make YOUR vision come true. If you are looking for the cheapest this may not be your choice. If you are looking for the most expensive this may not be your choice. If you are looking for somebody in the middle and want it done correctly then Clear Creek Home Improvements is your choice!"

"This is my first home and my first plumbing problem that I didn't feel comfortable tackling myself. Lasiter came out at the agreed time, and addressed the problem quickly. Their representative was professional and knowledgeable, tested to ensure the repair worked, and answered all my questions. The problem is solved and I am happy, though I feel like the price is a bit high. With that said, in many cases you get what you pay for, and I don't mind paying a little more if I get this level of service consistently. I will call them again next time."
