"Great experience! Steve knew our system, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and we had a full repair within a couple of days. What made this special was the fact we had been quoted a vastly more expensive repair by another company. Steve fixed it! :-)"

"Steve was able to determine there was no leaks in the pipes. However the sump pump wasn't working as it should and he replaced the old pump which was a huge relief as compared to a recommendation by another company to tear down the whole bathroom to replace all the pipes. Done right did it right. Thanks Steve."

"We had a SUMP PUMP installed outside a basement door to stop water from coming in door. There were a few â  rockyâ  moments with the 1st installer (& the dispatcher) but the owner of this company.. Pete Westera... stands behind his work 100%. & fixed everything with a second installer to exceed our expectations."

"The two young men who repaired our broken sewer pipe were efficient, knowledgeable and kept me informed on their progress. The repair was done quickly and the area was restored to its original condition. Thank you for a job well done."

"Very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed and replaced my well pump and bladder tank in a very timely manner and had a great price. Would highly recommend"

"Ended up having to replace some of our sewer line. They did a great job and got it done quickly."

"Great experience all around! Received a call from Nicolle and scheduled an estimate within an hour of request for service. Estimate was scheduled between 1-3pm, Nicolle called at 1:15 to let me know Matt would be there within 20-minutes and arrived then. We had two sump pumps (primary and battery back-up) that we wanted replaced, after reviewing the pit ... Matt recommended that we also have some stone removed to deepen the pit for better pump efficiency and to replace existing check valves. Matt was very knowledgeable, and provided an estimate on-site. After deciding to go with Air Temp, I called Nicolle to schedule the service, and was given a time window. On day of service, Nicolle once again called 20-min before the service to let me know Matt was on his way. Matt did a great job on the removal and new install of the pumps. Nicolle followed up the following day to ensure we were happy with the work. Great service, and very customer focused ... highly recommended!"

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."

"I would highly recommend basement waterproofing nationwide. Mike Milton and company were professional and knowledgeable about my garage water issue and sump need. They addressed the problem in a timely manner and were honest about the issue. Haven’t had water issue since they fixed the problem. Their price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Thank you guys!"

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
