Mike did an excellent job explaining what we needed and how to complete our project. My wife loves her hot showers and unfortunately our small and older water heater wasn't giving her the satisfaction she deserves. Now she has endless hot water and our water bill is gonna suffer. All in all Mike did an amazing job explaining our situation and the different types of solutions. We chose a tankless water heater and we have no regrets."

The quality of his craftsmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is exceptionally hard working and doesn't overlook the small details. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the finished product, and he was thorough in cleaning the site before he left. We definitely plan on hiring him again for other projects. "They were so incredibly kind and helpful and we were impressed with their expertise and ability to problem-solve! The job we presented them with was NOT an easy one, and Kevin got creative in order to remove some old plumbing fixtures in order to connect our new washer and stack the dryer. Theyve continued to help us problem solve the electrical connection and even agreed to come back to assist us with changing the power cord and dryer vent routing! To top it all off, they were nice to our dogs! We highly recommend them and feel lucky to have found this resource."

The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. "Ben was very thorough in his work and honest ,we enjoyed him and his help. We did a whole house remodel.They were on time and discussed every detail with us and shared his advise if he felt I might be making the wrong choice which was very helpful. The wood look tile floor was a huge job and he worked around us so we could stay here till last minute. It is beautiful the kitchen counter tops and backsplash and my shower he tiled are beautiful as well. We recommend him highly all his work is excellent. "Eduardo did a fantastic job on my drywall repair. He communicated well, showed up on time and finished within the time he proposed. He was clean, conscience, and considerate. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I was disappointed in the total calculated by home advisor, because they underestimated the work in their calculation. However, before Eduardo even started the job he communicated what would be expected. I shared pictures with him so he could calculate what the job would entail. I appreciated his communication and reliability. I also appreciated that during this covid quarantine he wore a mask at all times. I also appreciated that he setup his work to cause minimal disruption and dust in the household. I would definitely hire him again."
