"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"This company has changed ownership, practices, and prices since the last time I hired them. But they did take care of the animal in my wall, although for a much steeper price. I want to give an outstanding review to William and Nathan, who did the actual work. They listened to me, believed me, and didn't treat me like an idiot. They worked out a way to do things to meet my preferences. They did great work, and the problem is taken care of, the holes repaired. Even 12 inches of snow didn't stop them. The office people were good too, always helpful."
