"When job completed, he did not do the pop outs. He left lots of debri from the plaster. The plaster was not spread evenly, holes in certain areas, wires sticking out of plaster. Didn't do pop outs. I mentioned to him & told him that was part of the job. He said he would have to charge me $100 extra for each window. I told him no because that was part of the deal. I told him forget it. A few days later w/o my knowledge he came & did 1 pop out & left. Returned & did the last 7 windows (pop outs). Now charging me $100 per windows. Now he's texting me, charging me $400 for material"
