Paid deposit of $4100 and it?s yet to be returned. This company should be investigated for fraudulent activities. They lack professionalism, integrity, and basic human decency. I was even willing to work out a payment arrangement in good faith and still got the short end of the stick. My last attempt in communication to receive refund, Jackie sent a fake FedEX shipping sticker stating that he mailed out my deposit. Called the company and that was a complete lie!! I?ve filed a complaint with BBB and consumer protection agency as first steps. I will not rest until I get what I am owed. Shame on you both for taking advantage of local consumers!!!"

My door has not latched properly since they made some unwanted modifications to the hardware (it worked perfectly before they started modifying it).have had them out three separate times to fix the issue they caused with the door latch and lock.
