"I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! An additional bonus - both technicians were very good about face covering and physical distance. Hats off to Reddi Services!"

"Everyone wants and hopes that their renovation goes smoothly. Reality shows that isn't always the case. We have hired Bumble Bee plumbing to help with remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything went well until the final bathroom. We had a leak with the shower valve that we couldn't get to stop. Mike and his team came out several times, worked with the manufacturer of the valve to get and replace several parts before it was determined that we needed a new valve installed. This meant tearing out some of the tile and cutting a hole in the wall. Nobody want to hear the news that their newly tiled shower needs to have a hole cut into it. The Bumble Bee team was there for us every step of the way. They worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure that the shower was perfect, and that we were satisfied with their service. Hopefully your project will come together smoothly. But what a great insurance policy to know that you have a team on your side when they don't. I'm not a robot, a paid promoter, or someone who received any sort of compensation for this review. It's real, Bumble Bee plumbing is the real deal. "The three men repaired the leak.  I have not had to have similar work done before, so I don't know how to evaluate the overall quality of the work.  The water leak was solved.  However, there were several things that I did not like about how the workman did the work.  I guess they thought they had me at a weak point, because they did a hard sell to get me to buy a premium plumbing inspection package that they claimed would qualify me for lower price on parts (I do not know whether they did in fact give me the lower price that they promised because the invoice was difficult to read.  To do the bypass of the broken pipe, the workmen had to cut four holes in the drywall.  The holes they cut seemed rougher (and thus more difficult and costly for me to get repaired) than would have been necessary.  One hole needed to be cut in the drywall behind my almost new water heater.  They pressured me into buying a new water heater, saying that it would cost the same to install a new water heater as to putting the existing water heater back after completing the bypass.  I don't think that was actually true.  During the two days that the men were working to bypass the broken pipe, a nice compact pump that I had to inflate my auto tires disappeared from the counter top where I had it stored near my back door.  Also, to test that the bypass had solved the leak, one of the men poured water from a bottle he had been drinking out of into my water line.  That was an unsanitary and I felt disrespectful act. <br />"

"Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
