"Yes. Mike and his son Mike, replaced the 20 year old toilet flanges. They installed new flanges & wax seals in both my master bath & hallway bathroom. They also replaced the old water valves and installed new shark bite valves into the existing Pex tubing. Both Mike and his son were Very professional and did a very clean job. "Avoid ASAP Plumbing ? Bait & Switch Pricing, "Theatrics," and Zero Accountability I unfortunately have to give ASAP Plumbing a 1-star review. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. We had two technicians, Jose Horlacher and Josh Karl, come out to check a leaking outdoor spigot and a wobbling toilet. From the start, it was nonsense theatrics, particularly from Josh (the senior tech). He tried to scare us into unneeded repairs, claiming our plumbing was so old he "couldn't touch it"?which is absurd, as the house was only built in 1996. When he lifted the toilet, he claimed it was "the worst news ever," stated the flange was off-center, and told us he would need to break and replace the tile to install a new flange. He used this fear-mongering to justify a massive $2,900 quote. Picture of full review attached."
