"I responded to an email from Dust Away ( I had used them before) and bought a special of 4 hours of cleaning for $99.   I called the next day to set up n appointment and was able to get the date and time I wanted.   I confirmed via email that we were all good to go.  The 2 maids arrived on time and I asked that they concentrate on floors and dusting for me.   I had had workmen in the week before to re-pipe so the floors were in need of attention and I have problems keeping up with the dusting.   They worked hard for 2 hours and the house looked so much better.   I am very happy with them and would call them to come again in the future.

"They didn't show up when expected.  I waited an hour then called.  They had misplaced my booking.  Once determining that, tho, they re-arranged and came out later in the day and performed the service.
My house was extremely dirty and was in need of deep cleaning.  I asked specifically for the downstairs area (kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, one bathroom) to be the focus for the deep cleaning.  In some areas, they really did a good job but in others, not so much.  Don't get me wrong, the house looked so much better but it wasn't as good as I was hoping for.
 I do need to get a regular service but I don't think I will use LA Finest Maids for that service.
