John was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process, what materials needed to be used, etc. he was able to come out quickly for an estimate and started the work right away. Unless the weather was bad, John was there everyday until the job was finished. He provided information on the best pavers to use, we went over design and colors. When the vendor didn’t have the exact colors I wanted originally, he gave me suggestions on what to get instead. "Good. Sought out Horhut due to their education/certification as arborists. Pruned 2 large trees close to house - crew of about 4 workers showed up on time first thing in the AM, made quick work of the job, gone and cleaned up by mid-afternoon. Made sure I was satisfied before they left. Only thing I would suggest is it wasn't clear to me who the 'lead' of the crew was, didn't introduce and go over job with me day-of (the owner did do this when he quoted me the job, to be fair). They are not the cheapest provider, but when you want your investment trees to stay healthy, you get what you pay for. Will use again."
