"Bill did the work; he took his time and pre-treated everything. After the sidewalks were pressure washed Bill re-treated the sidewalk again to ****** the return of any mold/mildew. Before cleaning, the sidewalk was just about black; after cleaning, the sidewalk were almost white! The garage is clad with vinyl siding and was covered with green mold (it sits next to a small creek). After Bill finished cleaning it, I was stunned - the siding was so clean it looked new! I gave him a sizable tip for his efforts."

I will move in in August; my sister went to open the door for Brittany; she said she cleaned and cleaned - even the walls that had pollen all over them (which you could not see on the photos). BTW, the shower, not in any picture of the house for sale, was beyond awful - so dirty; as I said no one lived there since 2002 and it needed the most cleaning; Brittany tackled it as a professional - even when my sister sent her a photo.
