"1. Buckleys installed this second floor unit (in the attic). County code requires an alarm system on the overflow pan or a separate drain to keep allow the water an exit point without coming through the ceiling. Neither of these options were installed. 2. They came to my home in the early spring to service the unit which includes cleaning the air conditioning drain. The drain was not cleaned. 3. The drain clogged, the pan overflowed and the water came through my bedroom ceiling. The drywall is destroyed, carpet ruined and furniture damaged. 4. I called Buckleys for assistance and they would not return my calls. Refused to claim any responsibility for this catastrophe. 5. They gladly took my money which I paid in good faith, but they do not stand behind their work. I have filed with the BBB and levied a suit in small claims court."
