"The communication with Island Plumbing was great - which is half the battle when it comes to hiring contractors in our area. I called, they call back. It was amazing. My overall experience was fair. I asked for a quote on two different occasions prior to the job began. I never received that quote and had a bit of sticker shock when the invoice arrived. Also, it seemed as if the job took quite longer than it should have; possibly because of the two men, only one was experienced enough to do any actual work - the second, was primarily a tool provider (both extremely nice and respectful). The walls were to the studs and for the most part, the plumbing was easily accessible. A few of my instructions for the plumbers were not complete to my specifications - I blame that on not actually taking notes when surveying the job. i.e., I asked the plumber to sub the toilet plumbing above the floor so I can lay the flooring and place the flange in the appropriate space. Instead, I received a new flange with the existing plumbing well short of being flush with the subfloor. When I called to question this, I was told that "risers" would help with that problem. Maybe so, but not what was preferred by the customer. Also, the plumbers had to return to the job site in order to fix a small discrepancy but were prompt and easy to work with regarding the issue. The job went incomplete before sending an invoice. The plumbers were supposed to come back to hook up the faucet, toilet, shower accessories, etc...but after receiving the invoice half way through - I got the point and will finish the job myself."

"Erika at Re-Bath of the Triad persisted and I am glad she did. Because I did relinquish and talk to their representative before I going ahead with the 24 hour "One Day" folks. I needed a complete remodel of my main floor bathroom, and I mean even the flooring. They actually gave me a stunning Full Bathroom remodel for Near the same price the other company was charging for a just a shower. And when Re-Bath of the Triad says, " down to the studs" THEY MEAN IT. I had bought the home in 1998 and it still had the pathetic, aged, bath surround and prior history of 2 failed toilet and sink installs. The dark , stunning flooring, the new vanity sink made of mahogany, the walk-in shower with Brazilian wood seat that folds up or down as needed. The Fixtures are fashionable as a well as dependably functionable. And the One fellow (Chris F.) is the maestro who masterfully handled the entire install. A true artisan /Craftsman. His attention to detail and pride in the job "BEST DONE" ..made me weep with happy tears. The walk-in shower is all a anyone could ever hope for.*The floor was taken down to the original 1905 beams .. and built back beautifully with dark flooring that I had chosen. I could see my cellar underneath. I have seldom been this delighted with an a man-made environment. But this is Everything."

"These guys are AMAZING! Hard working, funny, professional and good people! I called Brad at 1030 pm and he had someone to our house within the hour! Sammy and Adam stayed at our house for a long time trying to fix our issue! They had to come back the next morning to complete the task! Brad accompanied Sammy on the return trip! It took them HOURS to fix a very bad stoppage that apparently had been in the making for quite a long time! However they didn’t give up and these guys worked VERY HARD to complete this job! We were very impressed by them and very appreciative of them! We would definitely recommend them to any and everyone! We will for sure be using them again! Again thank you guys for your hard work! "Eastern Plumbing sent out Jeff a week prior to the work to give me an estimate, which costs up front but is removed from the cost if you agree to have the work done by them. Jeff was very professional and was able to do the estimate relatively quick and understood exactly what we wanted accomplished. Jeff gave me the estimate and said to talk it over with the wife and give the office a call if we wanted to schedule the work. He also stated that if we scheduled it, he would be the service rep doing the work. I called the same day to schedule the work for the following week. On the day of the scheduled work, Jeff arrived ontime and proceeded to get to work. He was polite enought to entertain any questions I had while he was working. He took the time to show me the shutoff values for the new plumbing in the barn and explained to me what he did. My wife and I were pleased with the work done by Jeff and Eastern Plumbing. My wife and I really do like the "up front" estimate that Eastern Plumbing gave us. There was no hidden surprises/costs on the day of the job."

"After waiting 2 days for a plumber to arrive (one delay was due to a vehicle breakdown - understandable), but 2 days?? When the plumber arrived he looked under the house and gave me an estimate of $450.00 to fix a slow drip in the refrigerator feed line.  I turned down the repair and called a different plumber. The plumber I called came out in 1 hour, fixed the leak, moved the refrigerator shut off valve under the sink and was done in 1 hour . . . at a cost of $200.00. <br />"
