Everyone was very considerate and accommodating when we weren’t ready to have a certain area cleaned yet due to packing. The price was fair, especially for the last-minute nature. John arrived, we talked about our needs and he did a great job and actually cleaned more carpet than we expected. Our carpet had some staining and traffic pattern marking. In about an hour, John had vacuumed and cleaned the entire house worth of carpeting. He moved a few items to clean where they had been standing. John was friendly, professional and very thorough. We'd hire Precision Chem Dry and John again. Very satifisfied!!"
