"We take very good care of our upholstery and floors (e.g., no shoes in house); so we were really doing a trial run to find a group to maintain our Persian rugs and upholstery. Starting small made sense: clean an armchair and a stair runner. How’d they do? Robert was punctual and professional, listening first to what we were looking to do, and then allowing us to ‘drop off’ our floors in the work areas before he began. He was careful of our property as he worked (a big plus with us in this lovingly restored 105 year-old Craftsman, finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and the runner and armchair look like new. Costs were very reasonable, too. And we appreciated the follow-up call and letter to check our satisfaction a few days out. Will we use them again? "Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. I inherited the furniture, and I was so nervous about substandard repairs, and these folks did an exceptional job. Some of the pieces were seriously damaged - wooden legs broken right off - and you can't tell where the damage was. They came to pick up my furniture and returned it in 2 weeks. "I had four chairs cleaned. He did a VERY GOOD job on my leather chair and two of my fabric chairs. He explained,and I agree with him partially that he couldn't get some spots out of the fourth chair. But,after he left I was looking at the arms of the chair and I believe he could have done a MUCH better job on them. They don't look much different then they did before he started.The rest of the chair was done well."

"<p>The Bobcat team did a fantastic job. I had a pair of loveseats which were getting pretty "grungy" and hadn't been properly cleaned for years. I also had 5 area rugs that were in the same condition (grungy). The Bobcat team came and picked them up, took them to their facility, gone for a week and WOW, when they came back I was amazed.  They looked brand new. All of the team members were very courteous and professional. They were very cautious with handling the sofas and rugs, did all the heavy work of replacing everything where it belonged.
