"The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"Our water pressure to the house was over 120psi; should be 60 to75psi.  The builder did not install a pressure regulator, so the high pressure ruptured the bladder in the expansion tank, and the hot water heater was leaking water through the pressure relief valve.  Called Amanda Plumbing on Friday, and scheduled service for Monday morning.  Hayden called about 20 minutes before the scheduled time to say he was coming, and he arrived on time.  He verified the issue and installed a pressure regulator.  He didn't have the proper size expansion tank, so a return appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning.  Hayden snaked our clogged outside drain that the sump pump drains into.  He was able to cut out the tree roots clogging the drain 68 feet out (which was good, since the snake is only 75 feet long). <br> <br>Hobie called about 15 minutes before the scheduled time on Wednesday, and arrived on time.  He quickly installed the new expansion tank.  Both plumbers were professional, quick and friendly.  Work was performed correctly and without issues. <br> <br>I will be using Amanda Plumbing next spring when we convert to natural gas, and to replace our old water heater, and anytime we need plumbing work. <br>"

"Everything went better than expected. Rick is very knowledge and personable explaining what he would do to install the water lines and the laundry sink. Most of important of all, he noticed that my sump pump hadn't been working for while as the tub was filled almost to the trim with water. Thank goodness he noticed this and replaced the pump.
