"We found Kind Care Carpet through a relative who has used the company for many years, and now we recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.  Jeff Hill was punctual, friendly and very professional.  He brought in his equipment and started work right after we walked through the house to check out the rooms.  He thoroughly cleaned each room, and used solvent where needed for a couple of difficult spots.  The cleaning solution worked very well and was not toxic or smelly.  The carpets were merely damp when he left, and were dry within eight hours.  Though my husband and I removed some of the furniture to another room the day before, Jeff moved some tables, two sofas and a recliner as he worked so that he could clean underneath.  He placed foam pads under the furniture legs afterward to avoid staining of the carpets as they dried.  My husband was so happy with Jeff's work and his very reasonable price that he told me to sell our Hoover SteamVac, as he never intends to clean our own carpets again--we'll call Jeff Hill at Kind Care Carpet from now on! <br />"

"We were listing our house for sale in a rush and we had PDX Carpets out to our house to see if they could deep clean the maple hardwood floors and undo some of the damage owning a lab for 12 years did to them. One of the owners, Hussain, was very honest and told us that it might help, but it would be better off refinishing. Either way the choice was ours. We decided to go for refinishing and the results were amazing. Apparently they applied something called Swedish finish which left the floor so natural and beautiful. We had a slight issue with scheduling, but nothing that their professionalism and amazing work couldn't overcome. Carpet cleaning also came out nicely. I would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets and especially to refinish your floors."
