The job was done efficiently and within the 2 hour approx estimated time. "They inspected my Chimmney and said $ 1000 dollars to clean the Chimmney and remove the cresote . I climbed the ladder after the work was completed and the cresote was the same as before cleaning . I asked the tech about it and he said it will burn off after this winter as you burn your wood . That did not happen . Upon Inspection this march 2026 it is exactly the same as before . I called Shammrock and they said for another $800 dollars they would come back . I am not getting them to ever do anything for me and will tell everyone about my experience . I do not recommend this company and I wish I had called another company instead . Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with a company . I had to give them one star or it wouldn?t let me post this review . Or I would give them a minus zero rating. "
