"It went well. The floors look very nice. One room ended up being a slightly different color, but it was not the company's fault. It was communicated after the floors were stained that one room was a different type of wood. The floors look amazing. Just wished they matched. Also, the owner was generous by offering a military discount and an Angie's List discount. We are still waiting on our wood grain vent covers though."

"This was my first time using Angi and it was a awesome experience! Julio with Special Floors was quick to reply. He answered my questions promptly and provided me with a fair quote. He communicated with me when he was on his way to my home, professional in service, explaining what he thought was the best option for me and what he was going to do, making sure I agreed with his plan. Beautiful job, cleaned up afterward and also answered some additional questions I had. He also provided me with a quote on another job we discussed! You'll be happy with his work! Will use again."

"I had recently purchased a new house in the Kansas City area and was having work performed on it remotely. It was very difficult to find a quality wood installation person and I was very skeptical about them all. I came across Express Hardwood Floors and most of the reviews were positive but there were a mix of some negative comments as well so I asked the owner, Bruno to come out and give me a quote. My real estate agent met him and he took all the measurements and sent me back a quote. His pricing was competitive and was very responsive any time I tried calling or texting Bruno so I decided to go with him. I was so happy with the work Bruno and his crew did! They came by every day early in the morning and worked all day uninstalling carpeting and tile to lay down new hardwood floors throughout our house. The finished product completely transformed my house and it looked so much better. I highly recommend using Bruno if you are looking for a wood floor guy in the Kansas City area."

"Isaac and team were amazing. It was super easy to communicate with him via phone or text. He was exactly on time and very professional. My flooring looks amazing because of the fantastic and detailed job completed by Isaac. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be hiring again for the rest of our flooring."

"Dan does what he says he will do and is always on time. His work is of the highest quality. I have had him work on my travertine floors 3 times over the last 5 yeas and each time the floor looks like new. I am so pleased with his work! I strongly recommend him and his crew! Great professional."
